It's a very Merry Christmas!

I can't believe it was a year ago to the day we found out we were going to have a baby. Now look! They grow so fast. He was the best Christmas present ever!

Tummy time

My baby is growing up! He is really good at holding his head steady, and rolled over from his tummy the day after Thanksgiving!

He's learning how to sit, he wants to so bad. He's pretty strong, his balance just isn't so good.

Took the boys to see Santa at the mall. Jo was so sleepy, but at least he didn't cry.

Josiah has really started talking this week. It's really loud, but so cute! He also laughed out loud on Sunday. I can't believe how big he is getting and how much he has changed this last few weeks.

Hillbilly Hoe-down

Zach had a school program THE HOLIDAY HOE-DOWN. It was really cute, what I saw of it. There were about 800 people in the gym. He told me "I don't even know what a Hoe-Down is, I'm not a hillbilly!".

Since the weather was so nice, I took the boys to the park. It was Jo's first time to go. I think he had fun.

This is so cute of him on the swing. He was so happy!

Trick-or-Treat

My two boys on Halloween. Zach the REAPER and Josiah the DALMATION. The pictures of them together crack me up (and kinda freak me out).

What a sleepy puppy...and we are still in the driveway.

But he woke up a happy puppy.

We went to a Halloween carnival, and Zach found VIDEO GAMES! He's like a magnet to them.

Josiah's 2 month check-up and Zach's REAL birthday

Jo had his 2 month check-up today. It went really good. He weighs 13lbs14oz and is 24 3/4 inches long. He is in the 95th percentile on his height and 90th on his weight. He's getting so BIG. He was a really good boy. Jo thought Dr.Gray was playing with him and smiled the whole time he was examining him. It's great when they aren't screaming the whole time. Most babies hate it once you take their clothes off at the doctor. Then the lady with the NEEDLES came. Three of them. YIKES! He screamed then. Surprisingly enough, he has been happier than usual today.

And...

My BIG baby turned 8 years old today. I can't believe it. I remember when I was taking him for his baby shots. Sniff, sniff. After the doctor, me and Josiah took his fave, Subway to school to have lunch with him. Man, that cafeteria will sure give you a HEADACHE. Kids are so silly at that age. "Spell I CUP" HA HA! It's funny, they are still making the same (dumb) jokes we did when I was in 2nd grade.

Zach decorated at pumpkin for a contest at school. I think "Frank" turned out pretty cute! Very fitting if you know Zach:) He's a rockstar.
